Please note that no onsite parking is available to students, unless they are members of the Chepstow Club. We ask that all students park in one of the many nearby car parks, such as those located at Marks and Spencers or on Welsh Street.

A vinyasa flow class for beginners, returners and improvers exploring fundamentals and firm foundations in yoga.
A regular yoga practice has the ability to help us lead a happier and healthier life and there is real value in a practice done well and with integrity. This class is a simple and honest exploration of the fundamentals of yoga asana. If you've been away from the mat for a while, or if you simply want to gain a deeper understanding of the building blocks of yoga then this is for you.
£40 for the six-week course; Drop-ins also welcome at £7 per class.
Experience the benefits of creating energy, strength and fitness alongside cultivating relaxation and flexibility in one class! We will slowly warm up and centre body and mind with a few Yin poses, we then move into a faster ashtanga influenced sequence flowing through sun salutations and standing postures. We finish again with a few grounding Yin and restorative poses.
It’s £8 drop in or a special £30 for a 6 class pass in January.
Move mindfully through flowing sequences whilst paying attention to alignment and posture. This is a great class for those who want to learn the fundamentals of yoga in a safe and caring environment. Suitable for all abilities, including beginners.
