A vinyasa flow class for beginners, returners and improvers exploring fundamentals and firm foundations in yoga.
A regular yoga practice has the ability to help us lead a happier and healthier life and there is real value in a practice done well and with integrity. This class will take you through flowing, uplifting sequences into deep restorative stretches to help you feel refreshed and renewed in body and mind.
