Suitable for all. 5:10 pm: Power Flow with AbiJuly 1, 2020 – ![]() Build strength, flexibility, and concentration whilst cleansing the body and calming the mind. Power Flow comes from the traditional Vinyasa Flow style of yoga, taught at a faster pace, designed to energise and challenge you using creative sequencing and a series of dynamic postures that will vary week-on-week. Prepare to sweat, breathe and explore your focus and flexibility as you flow from posture to posture.
