Join Sian to combine simple yet powerful techniques from Yoga (chakras) and Traditional Chinese Medicine (acupressure points) with postures, breathing techniques, exercises to bring the body’s energies into balance and meditations.
We practise consciously with awareness and mindfulness torelease stress from body or mind and to bring us into balance;feeling greater harmony and vitality throughout our body-mind system.
A block of 6 classes is £48/ £10 drop-in.

Build strength, flexibility, and concentration whilst cleansing the body and calming the mind. Power Flow comes from the traditional Vinyasa Flow style of yoga, taught at a faster pace, designed to energise and challenge you using creative sequencing and a series of dynamic postures that will vary week-on-week. Prepare to sweat, breathe and explore your focus and flexibility as you flow from posture to posture. Variations and modifications are taught to individualise the practice for each member, welcoming everyone to join.

A Saturday Flow designed to start your day in just the right way. This class will be suitable for everyone as there will be options for those who attend either my Slow or Dynamic Flow classes. We will move, we will breathe, we will tune into the frequency of the day and the felt sense of the body and get ourselves ready for a beautiful weekend ahead.
