What we offer

Offering a varied timetable of classes - from the dynamic practice of Vinyasa, to more gentle Hatha yoga - the studio enables people of all backgrounds and abilities to explore the various styles of yoga within a safe, dedicated and supportive environment. When yoga isn’t on the timetable, the space is used for complementary workshops and activities such as massage and relaxation.
