Booking is essential so please check the timetable and get in touch with the individual teacher to book your space. Please also view our COVID-19 protocols before visiting the space.
Below is our timetable of regular classes. (Z) denotes classes which are available online only; (S) denotes classes which are available in studio only; and (Z,S) denotes classes which are available both online and in studio.

Please note that no onsite parking is available to students, unless they are members of the Chepstow Club. We ask that all students park in one of the many nearby car parks, such as those located at Marks and Spencers or on Welsh Street.

August 15, 2022As my Yoga name suggests, I'm not a naturally flexible person myself, and my teaching is geared towards people like me. I call my style of classes 'OSB' Yoga - Yoga for the Old, Stiff and Beat-up!
My classes are geared to accommodate all sorts of bodies and abilities, using basic Yoga poses to work on strength, balance and flexibility, and simple breath practices to ease the body, and to focus the mind. We will push ourselves up to (and never over) our limit, and rest at any time we need to, without any judgement. We will also find some ease and comfort, to let our bodies recover, and our nervous systems process what we've done.
