In line with Welsh government guidance, the studio will reopen for in-person classes from 3rd May 2021.
Booking is essential so please check the timetable and get in touch with the individual teacher to book your space. Please also view our COVID-19 protocols before visiting the space.
Below is our timetable of regular classes. (Z) denotes classes which are available online only; (S) denotes classes which are available in studio only; and (Z,S) denotes classes which are available both online and in studio.

Please note that no onsite parking is available to students, unless they are members of the Chepstow Club. We ask that all students park in one of the many nearby car parks, such as those located at Marks and Spencers or on Welsh Street.

Mindfulness Yoga with Sian (Z, S)

Our minds dart from one thing to another, exhausting our system, rather than being in the place we live in - Now.
When we get into stillness, in this present moment, everything else gets to drop away. Just for this moment. As we breathe and move and sit and Be.
It's the only place we need to be. From there everything else releases and we gradually open to reveal the next step.
