8:00 pm: Restore with Lucy (S)
A restorative practice is all about letting go, releasing tension whether physical, mental or spiritual. If you’re stressed, overwhelmed or tense. Still feel tired in the mornings. Sense that you’re irritable. Are achy. Find it difficult to concentrate. Then a restorative practice may help.
Deeply restful and floor-based, we’ll move gently and intuitively between shapes, holding each for some time using props to support a full relaxation. No experience necessary.
£8 per class. Booking essential.
Contact Lucy via email (firstname.lastname@example.org) to book.
