We are a hub for individual yoga teachers who run their classes independently in our shared space.
All teachers who run classes from Chepstow Yoga Space are highly qualified and have trained with reliable institutions such as the Yoga Alliance and the British Wheel of Yoga. Our teachers are passionate about what they do and share a commitment to making yoga and movement accessible to every body.
For enquiries about weekly classes, prices and bookings, please contact our teachers individually via email, phone or through their website.
Christine started practising yoga well over 10 years ago. In 2016 she decided to take her practice deeper and has since completed the British Wheel of Yoga’s Foundation Diploma and become a Registered Yoga Teacher with the Yoga Alliance. Christine specialises in Vinyasa Flow classes that both energise and relax, and is inspired by the belief that absolutely anyone can practise yoga; all that’s needed is the intention to start and from there, everyone has the chance to bloom.
Lorna has been practicing yoga regularly for more than 12 years. Having finished her first 200 hour teaching training in 2010 she went on to do Ashtanga and Anusara Training Immersions and a 300 hour advanced level training in Embodied Flow. She combines all her training to date with her many years of personal practice to teach a fluid vinyasa style of yoga that invites her students to fully embody the practice. Her classes are designed to strengthen and make space in the body and mind, utilising the power of the breath and a felt sense of the body to stop gripping, to start grounding and to experience a real sense of freedom.
Through movement, Lucy wants to help you to connect more fully with yourself. Her yoga practice honours the natural world, referencing seasons, traditions and lunar cycles. Inspired by these aspects she weaves them into her classes, offering a felt experience encouraging you to turn your attention inwards.
Since studying Hatha Yoga and the Eden Method and turning many corners in her life, Sian began to feel happy (from the heart) and experienced a purpose she had not felt before. Having experienced these benefits, Sian’s aim is to share them with you and so she has brought her learnings together to create a powerful holistic combination. In this integrated approach we bring awareness into the body; away from what tends to be an over-busy, negative mind to a calmness within us to enjoy a full, expansive and joyful life. Remember that we start from where we are. Yoga is for everyone who want to make positive changes in themselves for the greater good.

Now with 23 years of yoga experience, she takes her students on a journey through the physical body, uses imagination, mudras & mantra, to help students transform exhaustion, overactive mind, aches & pains. The fun, gentle flow of Dru Yoga suits beginners & seasoned yogis alike, as there is always something new to experience.
Cliff’s classes are geared to accommodate all sorts of bodies and abilities, using basic Yoga poses to work on strength, balance and flexibility, and simple breath practices to ease the body, and to focus the mind. We will push ourselves up to (and never over) our limit, and rest at any time we need to, without any judgement. We will also find some ease and comfort, to let our bodies recover, and our nervous systems process what we’ve done. So, if this sounds like it might be right for you, and you’re interested in giving it a try, message Cliff to enquire about joining him for a class.
